I love the
combination of living in the country north of Peterborough, Ontario and
the excitement of the big city marketplaces. Freelance work is a perfect compromise.

says their selling skills are great. How do I know you're not
selling me?

What
kinds of items do you sell?
I will sell both large and small ticket items. I specialize in big ticket items. For example, some items I have sold include boats, travel trailers, park models, RV's, snowmobiles, cars, houses, and sunrooms. This is meant to be indicative only. I am interested and capable of selling any new product or service
What
kinds of items don't you sell?
I will not have anything to do with MLM. I prefer to sell items with a large price attached to them. I am not interested in selling anything under $10,000 in total value or single unit sale. For example a job lot to be sold consisting of 10 products of $1,000 each would qualify.
Where do you work?
I usually work within a two hour radius of Toronto. If the sales challenge sounds intriguing I will work right across North America.
How much do you charge?
My fees are as follows: I usually work for the industry standard. Expenses are extra and are negotiable. I will also consider working for longer periods of time on a contractual basis. Contact me and let's talk about your requirements before we talk about mine.

Will you hire my sales force?
Yes I will. In fact I am capable of hiring, training, and maintaining your sales force on your behalf.
My existing sales force is weak. Can you help?
I am very
happy to help you with all aspects of sales force development. Oftentimes
your sales force is perfectly adequate and just needs a change of direction.
Will you work in the field with my existing sales force?
The answer is yes. This is one of my most requested services. I really enjoy being out in the field. It is the best way to determine what, if any, changes need to made to your selling process, sales presentation, or sales force.
Will
you work with my current sales management?
For
the most part I usually report to the CEO within an organization. I am quite
happy to work with with your sales management., provided they are amenable
to necessary changes.

only need sales services for a short period of time. Will you work on a contract
basis for my company?
If the opportunity sounds interesting I'll consider working for your company on a short term basis. I generally work on a weekly or monthly basis.
I need sales help for an upcoming trade show. Do you do that?
Yes.
This is one of my specialties. I have 20 years experience selling at trade
shows and I'm proud to say from day one I've consistently been one of the
top salespeople in the booth. Give me the time and place and I'll be there.
I have a particularly large one time only sale I need made on my behalf. Is
this something that you will do?

My extensive contacts in all areas make pioneering work one of my specialties. I have successfully launched new products from inception to delivery on several occasions. I am happy to provide the same service for Canadian companies wishing to enter the American marketplace.

Yes I can do that for you. I'll create a sales presentation and teach your staff how to effectively implement it.
Will
you look at our current selling presentation?
This is a two step process.
1. I will spend some time with your executives and management at your office to review your sales presentation.
2. I will personally go out into the field with your representatives to see what improvements can be made.
Deal
Brokering and Job Lots
I would like to sell large quantities of products on an ongoing basis but
only need the initial deal set up. Will you do that for me?
Yes I am happy to discuss brokering arrangements or deal making with you. I will broker or set up deals on behalf of your company in Canada or the United States.
